Tilson is hiring drill crew laborers responsible for assisting with horizontal directional drilling operations for fiber installation in Chandler, AZ.

Opportunities for job advancement, over time pay, fairly priced medical, dental, vision insurance plus a retirement plan - have your weekends off with 10 paid holidays per year and up to 3 weeks of vacation/ sick time per year


Responsibilities:


  • Trench, place duct, pull cable, and direct bury mainline and drops
  • Locate & verify all utilities before construction
  • Perform restoration back to existing conditions

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Outdoor or construction industry experience preferred
  • Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Valid US driver's license Required
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to work safely, with or without supervision
  • Locate & verify all utilities before construction
  • Perform restoration back to existing conditions

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
