Role Description:
Job Functions:
- Offer administrative and clerical support to customers and the sales team.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and positively represent the organization.
- Keep track of deadlines and raise any deviations from the set timelines.
- Exhibit clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Direct any customer issues to the relevant team for prompt resolution.
- Demonstrate proficiency with digital tools for effective logging of customerreported problems.
- Ensure accurate record maintenance and secure necessary approvals from customers and management.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Track record of overachieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly focused attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others, in a collaborative, consensusoriented workplace
- Experience in managing customer accounts and providing customer support

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
