We are _Aspire Living & Learning_, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.
Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an IT Hardware Software Administrator to orchestrate the planning, construction, maintenance, and tracking of our hardware infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for managing and optimizing computer systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Proactively monitor hardware performance and security, resolving potential issues.
- Collaborate with departments to assess technology needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and uphold computer systems operations, security policies, and documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive equipment database detailing usage and health status.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
- Provide enduser training and support as necessary.
- Perform assigned training and all other duties as needed.
- Foster positive working relationships across departments.
- Ensure accurate recording of hardware purchases in the IT asset database.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in traveling to provide technical support at offsite locations.
- 2 years of experience in Desktop/Tech Support, IT Asset Management, or Help Desk (required).
- Preferred experience with MDM, Apple Business Manager, IOS and Android devices, ChromeOS, and Google Management.
