JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Trouble shoot and diagnose problems in high voltage electrical cabinets.
  • Use and understand a meter to identify problems in an electrical cabinet.
  • Install EMT conduit of all sizes from 3/4" to 4".
  • Install all gauges of wire in EMT conduit.
  • Installing breakers in electrical cabinets.
  • Install light fixtures.
  • Trouble shoot and diagnose problems with welding equipment.
  • Use hand and power tools.
  • Performing routine maintenance on all shop equipment.
  • Complete work orders on time.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Strong electrical, hydraulic & mechanical skills - this is a MUST

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

- electrical troubleshooting/preventative maintenance (480V): 1 year (preferred)
- mechanical troubleshooting/repair: 1 year (preferred)
- electrical cabinets, Soft starts and PLC's: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Houston, TX 77002: Relocate before starting work (required)
