Qualifications & Skills:
- Real Estate Brokerage Experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Real Estate Transactions Software and Management system
- Notify agents of incoming faxes and distribute accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Listings
- Manage and update electronic office filing systems
- Coordinate and manage the monthly Branch calendar
- Assist with minor Technical Support
- Coordinate events, onsite training, and special projects
- Maintain contact lists and office directory
- Represent office interests in relationships with external associates
- Handle conference room reservations
- Track and order office supplies
- Provide administrative support for accounting
- Process onboarding and orientation for new agents
- Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for the office
- Special Projects and other duties as assigned
