Qualifications & Skills:


  • Real Estate Brokerage Experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize Real Estate Transactions Software and Management system
  • Notify agents of incoming faxes and distribute accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Listings
  • Manage and update electronic office filing systems
  • Coordinate and manage the monthly Branch calendar
  • Assist with minor Technical Support
  • Coordinate events, onsite training, and special projects
  • Maintain contact lists and office directory
  • Represent office interests in relationships with external associates
  • Handle conference room reservations
  • Track and order office supplies
  • Provide administrative support for accounting
  • Process onboarding and orientation for new agents
  • Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for the office
  • Special Projects and other duties as assigned

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 30 per week
