***The Compensation Analyst supports the day-to-day administration of the organization's compensation.The primary focus will be conducting job evaluations to provide analysis and recommendations, reviewing job descriptions to conduct market pricing, internal analysis, individual equity, FLSA status, and recommended pay ranges, and analyzing external sources:
ERI and PayFactors. Reporting to the Sr.
Compensation Analyst in HR, this position will help leverage the compensation functionality and execute compensation structures, job pricing, and internal analysis to include other compensation functions as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background
- BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst, HR Generalist or multifaceted HR functional role, with specialization in Compensation required
- The ability to establish and maintain a positive rapport with executive and senior management, directors and leaders of programs
- Excel user with pivot tables and formulas building complex Excel files to conduct analysis
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively and to support shared goals
- Ability to analyze large data sets, draw conclusions, and provide actionable guidance
- Experience with ERI and Pay Factors compensation management system and ADP HRIS, highly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Knowledge of Human Resources laws, regulations and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

- Ability to work with the complex demands of customers and to resolve customers' problems and concerns
- Ability to identify problems collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
- Understand mathematical concepts identified above
- Ability to meet moving deadlines and work well under pressure
