    Who We Are Seeking:

    We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee strategic finance operations, financial planning, and contribute to key decision-making processes.


    Collaborating closely with senior executives and functional leaders, you will be instrumental in propelling Pinwheel towards its next phase of growth and success.


    Your Responsibilities Will Include:
    • Developing and spearheading company-wide finance operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial analysis, and reporting
    • Analyzing the financial implications of business initiatives, offering insights to support strategic decisions
    • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators to enhance reporting frameworks and tools
    • Engaging with external parties such as accounting teams, tax advisors, and financial institutions
    • Contributing to investor relations, board materials, fundraising activities, and other external engagements as needed

    Qualifications and Expertise Required:


    • 5-6+ years of finance experience, with a background in investment banking, private equity, and early-stage SaaS companies in an FP&A capacity
    • Prior exposure to Fintech or usage-based business models is advantageous
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and a knack for solving complex problems
    • Proven proficiency in financial modeling, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail
