This is what it's all about at Bradley Gardens:

As part of our control center, you will ensure the smooth operation of our hydroelectric power plants, monitoring and controlling them while adhering to legal requirements
In case of malfunctions in internal and external systems, you will receive and respond to notifications and take appropriate measures to get the plants up and running as quickly as possible
You will also create complex evaluations for operational reports and ensure efficient electricity marketing
To ensure continuous safe operation, you will work in rotating shifts between night and day shifts, as well as on weekends and holidays

What we are looking for:

You have successfully completed a vocational training (preferably in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or similar), ideally have experience in this field, or have completed further training as a master or technician
You are proficient in O365 and ideally have experience with control system components and remote control
You enjoy working with data and can interpret it. Ideally, you also have knowledge of Power BI
In order to ensure the smooth operation of our hydroelectric power plants outside of business hours, you are also available to work on weekends, holidays, and at night
Even in critical situations, you keep a cool head and always maintain an overview
