    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


    Functions in the capacity of an assistant to the Senior Program Analyst on major projects, and as the lead Analyst on projects of a more routine nature and is responsible for supporting program analysis efforts, including technical research, coordination of reports and development of program monitoring systems.

    Tracks the implementation of corrective actions and milestone accomplishments and evaluates progress on a continuing basis.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    A Bachelor's Degree in the Arts or Sciences from an accredited college or university is required.

    Two (2) years of experience in field-related areas may be substituted for one (1) year of college. Eight (8) years of field-related experience will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree in the Arts or Sciences may be substituted for two (2) years of work experience.

    In addition to the Bachelors/field-related experience, a minimum of six (6) years of recent experience in program analysis is required.


    Experience shall include providing continuing assessments of varying depth and scope of all aspects of program development and execution, including program schedule, milestone accomplishments, technical objectives, and financial planning and funds status.


    The quality of experience is considered very important in assessing candidates for this position, particularly to the extent it reflects a track record on instituting meaningful and innovative change.
