Description
Position Purpose:
  • The District Installation Manager (DIM) leads a team to ensure effective management of sold jobs post-sale, including Pre-Installation Inspection, Job Site Inspection processes, job movement, service, and warranty programs
  • Oversees job flow processes, scheduling, completing tasks, and customer communication
  • Performs audits, conducts site visits, and addresses escalations
Key Responsibilities:
  • 40% - Customer Experience - Ensures adherence to installation standards, manages customer care, conducts inspections
  • 20% - Leadership - Leads field install team, provides training, and promotes collaboration
  • 40% - Operations - Utilizes data, ensures cycle time goals are met, maintains relationships, and manages associates
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
  • Reports to the Branch Install Manager
  • Has 2-5 direct reports
Travel Requirements:

Requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time

Physical Requirements:

Requires physical exertion such as walking, standing, climbing, and lifting material

Working Conditions:

Exposure to temperature extremes, loud noise, and fumes

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction/home improvement industry experience
  • Prior experience managing residential home improvement projects
Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
