Job Description Summary

This MBA Academic Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the academic records of all MBA students.

Responsibilities include managing the course registration process, reconciling grades, updating majors and honors information for students, and assisting with degree clearing and graduation.

The position plays an active role in delivering the best possible student experience with respect to course registration and students' academic schedules and assists to resolve matters relating to students' academic and financial standing.

The position works closely with the Data Coordinator and reports to the Director of Academic Operations of the MBA program.


Job Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining the academic records of all MBA students.

Responsibilities include managing the waiver process, reviewing students' graduation requirements with respect to completed credit units, completion of core courses and majors.

The position plays an active role in delivering the best possible student experience with respect to course registration and students' academic schedules, and assists to resolve matters relating to students' academic and financial standing.

The position works closely with the data coordinator and reports to the Director of Academic Operations of the MBA program.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A plus is to have experience working with student registration systems, especially Pennant's Banner system and CourseLeaf.
  • Ability to work as a team member is necessary and a strong attention to detail/accuracy.
