- Demonstrate expertise in various HVAC systems, including split systems, DX systems, chilled water, glycol, controls, and more.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance efficiently on HVAC equipment without supervision.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs on A/C equipment.
- Operate on a professional level when dealing with customers and representing the company.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in training HVAC Assistant Field Technicians.
- Adhere to industry safety practices and guidelines.
- One-year certificate from a college or trade school.
- EPA Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC/R experience.
- Experience with critical environment cooling preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-call duties.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred.
