Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) for the Erfurt / Eisenach region at the earliest possible date. Ideally, you have a background as an electrician or electronics technician (m/f/d) and are responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of drive batteries.

Your responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of drive batteries and charging systems
• Maintenance and repair of drive batteries, charging systems, and related peripherals
• Technical support and assistance for our customers

Your profile:

• Electrician or electronics technician (m/f/d) or other field with basic knowledge of electrical engineering and the willingness to learn
• Class B driver's license
• Enjoyment of customer interaction
• Interest, motivation, and initiative
• Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented work ethic
• Desirable: MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Residence in the northern Lower Saxony region (Bremen & Wolfsburg/Braunschweig)
