Description

Our company provides full-service management to trade and professional associations as well as specialized services including non-profit financial management and event coordination.

We are seeking a full-time Certifications Manager to support one of the client associations we serve.


Primary
Responsibilities:


  • Under the supervision of the Director of Certifications (DC), the Certification Manager manages Certification Programs of the client.
  • Works with the DC to implement new certification processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Prepares reports for Certification Committee Chair for midyear and annual meeting
  • Prepares quarterly list of new certified/designated members for client's journal publication.
  • Supports Chair/Cochair of client's Certification Committee.
  • Edits/Revises certification collateral and certification information on website.
  • Creates appropriate distribution lists from database.
  • Manages certification program communications, and database.
  • Update certificationrelated information on client's website with support of Coordinators.
  • Prepares reports for Committee Chair/Co-Chair.
  • Oversees processing of certification packets with assistance from Coordinators.
  • Responds to inquiries from applicants with the assistance from Coordinators.
  • Executes all chapter event administrative functions including event setup, processing registrations, postevent payments and reconciliation, exam and pin setup, certificate creation.
  • Processes chapter contact forms and website updates.
  • Attends quarterly chapter meetings.
  • Liaises with Chapter Chair.
  • Monitors Chapter Inbox.

Requirements:


  • Education & Experience_
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 3 years' experience with association management or substantial relevant experience.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:_
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and move projects ahead in a deadline driven environment.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excels at adapting in a fast paced, teamoriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service attitude.
  • Possess a positive, teamplayer attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for 815 hours a day, when attending conferences.


  • Preferred Skills_

  • Previous experience with certifications. Experience with JotForm is a plus.
Travel - travel to client's annual conference in April (5-7 days).

  • This is predominantly a telecommuting position.
