Butcher (m/f/d) Specializing in Cutting

Location: Kiel, Lübeck, Neubrandenburg, Wöllstein, Weeze

During the 3-year apprenticeship, our trainees will learn the art of cutting meat from our master butchers and skilled workers, as well as preparing it for sale (e.g. trimming, portioning, seasoning) and providing friendly customer service with qualified advice.

The necessary theoretical background and knowledge will also be taught in vocational school, including subjects such as mathematics and nutrition.

By the way: In the nutrition course, you will learn many things that you should also follow for your own health...

Training content

Cutting of meat
Production of broth, cooked and raw sausages, as well as cooked and cured meat products
Preparation for sale (e.g. trimming, portioning, seasoning)
