EnVogue is seeking an experienced
Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to invoicing, credit management, and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due accounts to ensure timely payment.
- Manage financial transactions, from invoicing to reconciliation.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, prepare and present reports.
- Assist with monthend closing procedures.
- Support audits and tax preparations.
- Manage new customer setups.
- Stay knowledgeable with current industry trends and regulations regarding finance and credit management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in Accounting/Finance in wholesale, fashion, or related consumer goods industry
- Understanding of accounting and cost control principles, including GAAP is preferred.
- Analytical skills, finance, and accounting knowledge
- Experience in invoicing and credit management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Experience with financial software and systems, specifically BlueCherry/Microsoft Dynamics
- Working with large retailers
Pay:
$75, $95,000.00 per year
