Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Quality, this role involves assessing best practices in regulatory standards and quality initiatives at practice sites.
Implementing policies and processes to drive clinical competence and positive patient outcomes.
Continuous assessment of regional needs, setting priorities, and developing plans to address gaps.
Autonomous nursing role requiring collaboration with multiple practice sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead quality initiatives to improve medical practices in the region.
Conduct in-person assessments of clinical quality and regulatory compliance at practice sites.
Identify practice gaps and develop action plans.
Manage performance improvements and process projects.
Travel up to 50% required.
Develop and facilitate Clinical Education programs.
Monitor staff compliance with best practices.
Assist in developing clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited LVN/LPN nursing school.
Minimum of 3-5 years nursing experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse in Texas and/or Louisiana.
Previous experience in a quality or lead clinical role.
Experience as a clinical educator and in process improvement is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to conduct online research independently.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
