- Conduct in-person assessments of medical practice sites regarding clinical quality and compliance
- Develop action plans to address practice gaps
- Oversee and measure performance improvements
- Lead process improvement projects
- Travel up to 50% required
- Facilitate Clinical Education programs and ensure staff compliance with best practices
- Assist in developing clinical policies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN nursing school
- 3-5 years of nursing experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse in Texas and/or Louisiana
- Prior experience in a quality or lead clinical role
- Experience in clinical education and process improvement is beneficial
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently towards achieving goals
