What to expect at St. Charles

From the beginning, you will take on independent and responsible tasks as a full-fledged team member in the examination and consulting of national and international credit institutions.

Innovative projects will allow you to gain insight into the various perspectives of the banking sector.


In addition to participating in annual and consolidated financial statement audits according to German GAAP and IFRS, your focus will be on implementing requirements for risk and regulatory management, as well as implementing processes in the finance sector.


You will engage intensively with business model, process, and result analyses, supporting consulting and auditing projects, getting to know the business organization of different clients, and being able to assess them.

The dynamic developments in both the banking sector and the auditing and consulting industry offer you the opportunity to deal with current issues, laws, and standards in practice.

What you bring
Successfully completed studies in law, mathematics, or economics, preferably with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting, auditing, and/or process management
Special interest in current financial services topics and possibly already some practical experience in the financial services sector
Motivation to accompany companies in their digital transformation and the ability to link process understanding with regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical thinking skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with complex topics and projects
Excellent communication skills in German and English
