Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Director of Clinical Quality Improvement (DCQI) to join their team. Our client has garnered numerous accolades and operates on a national scale.
As a key member of the hospital management team, the DCQI will provide leadership and direction in the strategic development and implementation of quality and patient safety programs.
Position Summary:
The DCQI will lead Quality/Performance Improvement activities across the hospital, integrating program activities for both Medical and Hospital-wide Staff.
Responsibilities include managing data and reporting for Quality/Performance Improvement initiatives, overseeing departmental staff, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies. Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Education:
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in a patient care related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement.
Certifications:
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice the profession as mandated by state regulations.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or eligibility to take the exam within two years of employment.

$152, $187,925.00 per year
