Description
We are currently seeking a Technical and Process Development Specialist for our Crystal Lake location.

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of our module framework, working closely with our company architecture, IT planning, and portfolio teams.

You will serve as the liaison between our delivery team and overarching enterprise-wide frameworks and governance structures.

Your responsibilities will also include technical analysis and organization of problem areas, leading workshops with stakeholders, standardizing and coordinating modules and services, and providing guidance and support for solution architecture.

You will work closely with our service architecture and development departments to implement strategic goals and continuously improve our modules and services in line with technological trends.

Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting and promoting our module framework to external parties.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in IT or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture development.

You should have a strong understanding of portfolio management and a broad technical knowledge, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for others.

Experience working with management teams and a high level of quality and customer orientation are also important.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to plan end-to-end service chains are necessary, as well as excellent communication skills at all levels.
