Datacenter People is currently partnering with a leading Power and Cooling provider in the data center industry.

What the Job Involves...

Responding to assigned service calls in a professional manner while on duty.
Reading, understanding, and complying with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual.
Performing all work safely and in accordance with the company's established safety policy.
Keeping the dispatching center informed of schedule and the status of all open jobs.
Ensuring proper accounting of spare parts using established procedures.
Submitting paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete manner, especially for Wireless Field Service.
Maintaining the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting any errors.
Reporting any sales or service leads to the appropriate department.
