• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget
• Lead project teams and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with product management teams to align project objectives with overall business goals
• Utilize project management software (e.g., Redmine) to track project tasks, milestones, and resources
• Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition during project implementation.

• Proven experience as a Asst. Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in conflict management and resolution
• Proficient in meeting facilitation techniques
• Familiarity with product management principles and practices
• Ability to analyze data and conduct root cause analysis
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
