Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction management and leadership roles
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and project scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, contract negotiation, and construction techniques
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites
  • Ability to use construction management software such as Primavera for project planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams

Pay:
$ $36.00 per hour
