We are looking to continue growing and are seeking a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for our newly built workshop.

Responsibilities

  • You impress our customers with excellent service. You confidently ensure compliance and control of all service and quality standards.
  • You organize, prioritize, and coordinate all workshop orders and are responsible for a smooth and efficient workflow in the workshop.
  • With your strong leadership skills, you guide your dedicated team in their daily tasks and ensure continuous training and development.
  • You monitor and interpret relevant workshop metrics and, in consultation with management
