• Oversee the daytoday operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and schedule bar staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Train new employees on bar policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
