The Customer Service Representative is paid hourly plus opportunity for spiffs and commissions.

What you will do:

• Manage incoming calls from customers
• Schedule and manage customer estimates
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
• Manage customer and technician schedules
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements
• Build relationships with customers and provide toplevel service and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
• Appropriately handle and deescalate customer complaints and concerns

Who you are:

• 15 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
• Experience with MS Office products preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred

$17.00/hr+ depending on experience
