What you will do:
- Manage incoming calls from customers
- Schedule and manage customer estimates
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
- Manage customer and technician schedules
- Renew and manage maintenance agreements
- Build relationships with customers and provide toplevel service and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
- Appropriately handle and deescalate customer complaints and concerns
Who you are:
- 15 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
- Experience with MS Office products preferred
- Experience with Service Titan preferred

$17.00/hr+ depending on experience
