Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced Settlement/Clearance Officer to join our team.

This position will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient closing settlement matters and for managing all transactional aspects of the title process, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Your expertise in New Jersey title insurance requirements, coupled with Pennsylvania real estate experience, will be instrumental in your success in this role.

Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal & written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000.


Primary Duties**:


  • Conduct thorough title searches and examinations.
  • Prepare and review title commitments, title reports, and closing documents.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and underwriters.
  • Resolve any title issues and discrepancies promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience as a Title Processor with a strong understanding of New Jersey title insurance transactions.
  • Proficiency in Pennsylvania real estate practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
  • High energy, a positive attitude a must
