Job DescriptionGeneral Responsibilities/Requirements:

Commitment to safety, having a positive attitude towards safety policies High School Diploma, GED, or ability to pass in-house test Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as heat, cold, humidity.

Previous equipment operating experience (grader, roller, skid steer, dozer, etc.) Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL preferred).

Ensure safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.

Preform pre-shift inspection of equipment. Able to work flexible hours including weekends/overtime/nights. Willing to preform labor duties on occasion per management. Follow directions of supervisor as to daily task and expectations for each specific project/jobsite. Willing to train and cross train coworkers as requested.
