    Responsibilities:
    • Providing guidance and assistance to residents and their families
    • Monitoring residents and administering medications and treatments
    • Documenting care services accurately
    • Ensuring infection-control practices
    • Addressing resident needs effectively through teamwork
    • Upholding facility standards and quality of care
    • Supervising LPNs and CNAs
    • Maintaining confidentiality and trust with residents

    Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):
    • Active RN License
    • Good standing with the State Registry
