    PeopleShare is recruiting Business Development Specialists in Ashland, VA
    Details for Business Development Specialist:
    • Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
    • Full time & Hyrbid
    • Pay Rate: $50,000-75,000 + performance bonuses & commissions

    Job Responsibilities & Description for Business Development Specialist:
    • Promote and sell promotional products and merchandise
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
    • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to update the statuses of orders and build relationships
    • Coordinate with internal teams on client-specific requests
    • Support participation in collaborative meetings, generating new ideas, and providing detailed status reports on current projects
    • Other duties as requested or assigned.

    Qualifications for Business Development Specialist:
    • High School Diploma
    • Bachelors Degree is a PLUS
    • Experience with promotional products sales is strongly preferred (Business to Business)
