Description

The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to meet the company's operational needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, costeffective, and incorporate best practices.
• Identify reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Evaluate and analyze supplier proposals and make recommendations based on total cost of ownership.

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems, logistics, contract management, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ability to analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
