    Description

    Overview:

    The Boulder Branch of the YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a customer service specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.

    Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend coverage with an occasional shift during the week.

    Salary range $ per hour. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

    The Customer Relations Specialist welcomes our members, answers questions, gives tours, and helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift
    • Customer Service and Sales Experience
    • Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
    • Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency)
    • Intermediate computer skills required
    Benefits:

    All Employees receive a free individual membership and anyone working 10+ hours receives a free family membership, 50-100% off our programs and if eligible, we contribute the equivalent of 10% of your salary to the YMCA Retirement Fund.

    Part-Time employees also receive paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

    Posted Salary Range:
