The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking smilers, skilled chatters, and expert joy providers. We are in need of customer service specialists to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
You are helpful. You have an aptitude you may call it a gift for helping others. When you are around, no question goes unanswered and no concern goes ignored. If you don't know the answer or have the solution, you will find the person who does. You care.
You are a people person. You love the idea of interacting with all types of people on a daily basis. You revel in the idea of building connections and having hilarious inside jokes with members and co-workers.
You are ready to make a difference. You understand that this position is not simply a customer service job at a gym. You know you can help strengthen your community and support your neighbors in need.
Position is part time 12-25 hours per week, year round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the work force or seeking a second job. Currently we have openings mornings, afternoons and weekends.
Salary starts at $12.56/hour. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Requirements/Qualifications
Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift
Customer Service and Sales Experience
Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency)
Intermediate computer skills required
