Your Role
We are currently seeking an ambitious Operational Buyer to join our purchasing team in Boggstown, IN.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to efficiently procure materials and maintain our company's competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce, monitor, and maintain delivery schedules in the ERP system based on customer demand
  • Monitor functions, reports, and supply chain systems (e.g., consignment stock, buffer stock agreement)
  • Create and review reports (e.g., backlog reports and delivery schedules)
  • Ensure inventory levels, including safety and distributor stocks
  • Collaborate and coordinate with strategic purchasing

Qualifications

  • University degree or vocational training in business or technology
  • Previous experience in operational purchasing preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proactive, analytical, and solutionoriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken)
