Department Manager for Building Materials (m/f/d)

to support our location in Aßling.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement target- and product-specific strategies, as well as their further development
Purchasing and assortment management in the building materials sector, including defining and calculating target group prices while considering regional requirements
Management of key account customers
Professional leadership of the sales team and support in specialized assortment and sales topics

Your profile:

Several years of experience in a similar position with industry-specific knowledge, particularly in the regional market, pricing, and competition situation
Proficient in modern IT applications such as MS Office
Independent and responsible work ethic
Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong customer and sales orientation
Enjoy working in a motivated team
