    Our Client is seeking a Dedicated Aide in the Washington, DC area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with students in a classroom setting.

    Dedicated Aide are assigned to students who regularly need assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in school. Aides assist students 1:1 or in group settings.

    HOURS

    • Mon- Fri Schedule availableImmediate Start for the School year
    *Compensation Rate*DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT'S OPPORTUNITY

    • Provide support and assistance to teachers by helping students with challenges outlined in their IEP assessment: ages 3-21 years old
    • Work one on one with students to ensure a safe, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment
    • Provide students with goal-oriented support that fosters independence and the ability to display socially acceptable behaviors in the school environment.
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency
    • Compensated weekly
    • Teacher Aide , Teacher Assistant , Paraprofessional , Personal Care Assistant , Special Education Aide , Special Education Assistant , One on One aide , Cafeteria Aide , Lunch Aide , Bus Aide
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Committed to working with a diverse student population
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with students
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
    • Experience working with students
    • Great team player with solid time management skills or ability
