Description

Responsibilities:


  • Working to promote the use of personcentered practices in the programs that will be overseen.
  • Adhering to and ensuring compliance in relation to the 6400 regulations in each of the homes that are supervised.
  • Provide guidance, oversight and mentoring to direct care staff.
  • Attend and participate in weekly management meetings as well as programmatic meetings in relation to the individual's that you support.
  • Reconciliation and oversight of petty cash, MARs, daily documentation.
  • Completion of monthly paperwork
  • Oversight and completion of medical appointments
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with supervisor as well as direct care staff
  • Completion of 40 hours of initial new hire training and annually thereafter
  • Direct Care as needed

Qualifications:

  • Education
  • High School Diploma or GED. College degree in human services is preferred
  • 1 year experience in human services and/or a supervisory role
  • Age
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to drive
- valid PA Driver's License

  • Completion of Background checks as outlined per state regulations

Hiring Needs:

  • House Manager typical schedule is Monday-Friday 830am430pm. Programmatic needs may vary and may result in working weekends, holidays, etc. as needed.
