Part Time Optometrist

The MedServ Group

$1050 - $1,200 a day

Optometrist Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams.
Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease.
Prescribe corrective lenses or eye medications as needed.
Provide pre and postoperative care to surgical patients.
Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients.

Optometrist Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree and active state license.
Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics.
Customerservice orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We reward our optometrists with competitive rates (commensurate with experience) as well as the following:

patients per visit, preventative care.

Extremely flexible scheduling
35% 40% of collections (around $1050 $1200 per visit).
Average day: 67 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.

All doctors are 1099 (independent contractors)
