Job Title: Head of Partnerships – Web3 & Infrastructure

Location: U.S. Based

About the Company:

A rapidly growing Web3 technology company backed by top-tier investors and trusted by leading projects across DeFi, wallets, and Web3 infrastructure. The mission is to make blockchain applications safe and secure for users and institutions globally.

The technology is at the core of protecting transactions and preventing exploits serving millions of Web3 interactions daily.

As they expand the ecosystem reach, they are looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead the go-to-market and strategic alliance efforts.

The Role:

The Head of Partnerships will own the development of strategic relationships across key segments of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, including wallets, dApps, protocol teams, exchanges, and infrastructure providers.

You will define partnership strategy, structure high-impact collaborations, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the partnership strategy across wallet, exchange, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystem partners.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic integrations that drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
  • Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and product leaders across the blockchain space.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to co-develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert in Web3 security.
  • Design scalable partnership processes and metrics for pipeline management and ROI tracking.

Preferred Experience:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, BD, or strategic alliances, ideally in Web3, crypto, or cybersecurity SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols.
  • Proven success in closing high-value or technical partnerships.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and negotiation experience.
  • Excellent communicator, able to articulate complex technical value propositions clearly.
