Property Manager
Are you ready to join the team at one of our Peninsula multi-family communities as a Property Manager? Property Management is an industry that is on the rise and thrives on teamwork. At our company, we see our employees as part of our extended family.

Here are some of the benefits we offer:
Minimum hours required: Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, Friday 8 am to 3 pm, with potential weekend hours based on apartment availability.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-oriented, have excellent communication and phone skills, and are proficient in organization and computer usage. The ideal candidate should be assertive, with strong leasing and marketing capabilities.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, goal-driven, and dedicated to enhancing the residential experience within the community.
Prior experience with online marketing platforms like Craigslist and Facebook is essential.
Proficiency in credit screening, court filing, and property management software is also a requirement.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
