- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for Frac Tank Unit fabrication projects.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders, including the senior project manager and clients.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and adjust project plans as needed.
- Utilize project planning software to optimize project schedules and resource allocation, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Support the senior project manager in evaluating project performance against key metrics and objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
- PMP Certification, CAPM will also be considered. Alternately a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project planning and coordination, preferably in the oilfield or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency and previous experience using project planning software is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in project documentation and reporting.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our team.
