Your responsibilities:


Exciting and diverse tasks await you:

  • Entering and changing customer orders or delivery schedule calls
  • Coordination of delivery dates with the customer
  • Creation of an order confirmation and, if necessary, its modification
  • Disposition of all materials according to customer orders or delivery schedule calls or planned primary requirements
  • Creation of orders
  • Inventory optimization based on defined KPIs
  • Monitoring and input of order confirmations, if necessary, reminder of order confirmations
  • Monitoring of delivery dates, if necessary, reminder of delivery dates
  • Shifting of delivery dates of orders in case of order changes
  • Creation/monitoring of production orders and deliveries according to customer orders or delivery schedule calls
  • Coordination
