    Summary

    As an Electric Vehicle Charging Station Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of Level 2 AC Charging Stations and DC Fast Charging (DCFC) systems across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Your expertise will help us maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of EV charging solutions, contributing to the seamless service experience for electric vehicle users.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various types of EV charging stations, including Level 2 and DCFC systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems and connectivity.
    • Ensure all activities comply with electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols.
    • Provide excellent customer service, including timely communication and effective resolution of field issues.
    • Coordinate with team members and management to ensure efficient service delivery and technical support.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV charging technology and industry trends.

    Qualifications

    • Technical degree or certification in electrical engineering, electronics technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in repairing and maintaining EV charging stations, including both AC and DC systems.
    • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and the ability to adhere to local electrical codes and safety standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
