- Must be an expert at drywall patching / repairing
- Must be an expert at wood trim repair / replacement
- Must be an expert at painting
- Basic plumbing knowledge: Resetting toilet, replacing angle stops, resetting washer/dryer
- Basic electrical knowledge: Ability to handle minor electrical repairs or replacements
- Light flooring installation: installing laminate, tile, and wood flooring
- Light cabinetry: Basic skills in repairing or replacing water-damaged cabinets
- Appliance handling skills: capability to safely remove and reinstall appliances during reconstruction
- Stucco/Cement repair
- Must have a clean and valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check (we go back 7 years)
- Must have your own compressor / hopper for drywall texture
- Must have saws for wood trim repair / replacement
- Must have your own work truck to carry materials/tools (we pay you to drive your vehicle)
