The Kent Conservation District, a governmental subdivision of the State of Delaware, is seeking applicants for the full-time
position of Project Manager / Drainage Planner and will report to Dover, Delaware.

DESCRIPTION
This position will support the Sediment & Stormwater, Stormwater Maintenance District, and Drainage programs of the
Kent Conservation District through various capacities of planning, permitting, bidding/contract management and
inspection.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibility will be to plan construction and maintenance of stormwater and drainage projects.
Duties will also include acquiring all required permits.
Duties will also include bidding/contract management for construction and maintenance projects.
Duties will also include inspection before, during, and after construction and maintenance projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent oral and written communications skills is required.
Background in project management and working with contractors is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Kent Conservation District does not

provide sponsorship for holders of H-1B Visas.

Direct Deposit of paychecks is required of all new employees.
