PATIENT RELATIONS ASSISTANT

We are looking for someone who is interested in or has a passion for health/wellness, exercise wellness, psychology/behavioral health, physical therapy, pre-med, nursing, etc.

HOURS:
FULL-TIME - Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour for lunch)

LOCATION:
Recovia
Deer Valley: 19636 N 27th Ave #106, Phoenix, AZ 85027

PAY:
$ $18.00/hour (based on experience and expectation combined)

JOB SUMMARY

Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to include: answering phones, scanning, medication preauthorization's, going over medical history with patients, preparing patient paperwork and consent forms, collecting urine for drug screenings, tracking PT visit authorization, managing EMR systems, answering patient questions/concerns, vitals/blood pressure/temp/height/weight, organizing/cleaning common areas and other tasks as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree or two years of relevant experience:

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Outgoing, energetic, personable attitude
Teamplayer
Techsavvy
Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
