Job Summary:
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and impartial resolutions
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching
- Administer workers' compensation claims and coordinate returntowork programs
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement change management strategies
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and timeoff requests
- Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
- Stay uptodate on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Setup and manage the payroll, bonus, and compensation.
- Manage operation expense, purchase, registration, and book keeping
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) for data management and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Effective conflict management skills to handle employee relations issues
- Experience in project management to successfully execute HR initiatives
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
- Familiarity with performance management processes and techniques
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge with payroll and payroll software
- Knowledge with accounting, accounting software, and book keeping
- Chinese mandarin speaker is a plus
