- Conducting analysis, planning, and design for traffic and transportation systems, including various studies and design projects.
- Evaluating project feasibility based on data analysis.
- Creating project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Mentoring junior staff.
- Preparing contract documents.
- Ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timeliness of projects.
- Collaborating with team members, staff, and clients to achieve goals.
- Effective verbal and communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Experience with SYNCHRO, VISSIM, HCS, and similar software.
- Proficiency in CADD software.
- Project management skills from planning to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- TxDOT precertification.
- 4+ years of relevant project experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- E.I.T License Required.
