Randstad Direct Hire Division is searching for Engineering graduates looking to start their career out in the Morristown area.

Currently open is a Process Engineering position for an automotive part company who can bring a new perspective to the company.

$60,000 - $72,500 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Bachelors

Responsibilities

Include but not limited too:
Build, oversee, design, and production of a manufacturing faciliity processes

Reviewing safety and quality standards and ensuring facility and OSHA standards

Execute change and training of new processes

Develop budgets and ensure that the department stays within budget.

The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends

Skills design and implement systems (6 months of experience is preferred)
research and development
troubleshooting processes
estimating production costs
